Hi Rajan,
It gives duplicates as well.
You may try this shorter one.
In E2 and copied down,
=INDEX(Range,MATCH(0,COUNTIF($E$1:E1,Range),0))

Hello Kiran,
In G4 with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER, rather than just ENTER
=IFERROR(INDEX(D$2:D$498,MATCH(1,IF(ISNA(MATCH(D$2:D$498,G$3:G3,0)),IF($C$2:$C$498="Agent",1)),0)),"")
Then copy across & down. if you have huge list, this will slow down the
sheet performance.

Hello Prabhu,
Use SUBSTITUTE. or excel's Find/Replace command
SUBSTITUTE is a case sensitive function, so you need convert the cell to
UPPER or LOWER, so use,
=SUBSTITUTE(UPPER(A1),"ABC","")
Or,
=SUBSTITUTE(LOWER(A1),"abc","")
All the letters in 1st output will be in CAPITAL LETTERS
