Not clear what you are trying to do but if your master sheet has different names and you are trying to sum for your report sheet try the following: =SUMIF(MASTER!$B$5:$B$35,"Raman Choudary",MASTER!C5:C35) That goes into B9 of your report sheet. You can then copy across. If B10 is a different name copy the above formula to B10 and change the "Raman Choudary" to that name. Hope this is of some help. Regards.
