Yes you can put filters to 2 or more times in Excel
The Trick is first time you put the normal filters.
and 2nd and onwards choose the data you wanna put filters and go to insert
table select the range click on "My Table has Headers"
and it is done.

You can convert the same to any format without using any formula or a
macro.
Just select the column containing the data (Date. in whatever format!
like 1.13.2009, or 13-1-2009, or 13/1\2009)

You can this code and see what is the difference between the
1) Sort the column which you want to filter (say column A)
2) Insert a column to the right of sorted column (Column B)
3) In the inserted column, enter this formula (Say in Row 2)
=A1=A2
4) drag the formula till the end of the table
5) Now use an autofilter and select all the cells having TRUE
you in advance and It will be of great help! If I will
be able to do this, I can make automatic updates to my workbooks and
send pop up messages etc. when I would have distributed the workbook
to many people. :)
