Hi I think you are saying you have many columns with headings "ramesh", "ravi" etc and you want a macro which will create as many sheets as the number of columns you have with the respective names and segregates the data in the columns to respective sheets right?
It is possible. But why do you want to do that? I, by experience know that its better to have data in a single sheet in a table format than in different sheets so that we can use advanced features of excel like pivot tables effectively.
