I believe that this problem is caused by quality of the internet
connection and is not directly related to evolution version or device.
I was traveling most of this past week and saw the problem come and go.
Once here at home bases with a 50/10 Internet connection, problem never
occurs unless
/share/evolution to an NFS folder on
my NAS as in:
ln -s /home/john/nas/mydocs/Personal/evolution evolution
I then set up the email accounts on each PC and all seems to work fine.
I seldom open evolution on both computers at the same time.
I also use syncevolution-server to sync to my android devices

When every I receive an ical from someone and I add it to my Evolution
Calender it silently emails everyone on the attendee list an invite
from me as if I made the ical.
To make things worse it silently changes the time of the meeting for
receivers as if it is setting it to UTC -1 when I am in UT

There is one previous post in the archive that implies that turning the
calendars off and on again cures it - I have tried this but it does not
work in my case.
I have looked at the dta file in
/home/john/.local/share/evolution/calen
soft Teams Linux version. The problem seems to have
started around the same time I held my initial meeting in MS Teams.
I can't see anything obvious under 'Preferences' or accounts to show
how the calendar is configured. Should I look elsewhere ?

Running evolution 3.10.4 under Ubuntu 14.04 64-bit.
Strange behavior of evolution continues.
1.Some e-mails with html cause evolution to crash, but no bug reports
issues.
2.Keyring loses my evolution password. Why does this happen? Clue: slow
response from incoming mail servers seem

3.Performance of evolution with inbound.att.net on Port 995 is very
problematic.

server address, but not the IMAP/POP setting.
I don't expect to be FORCED to do anything on Linux. I am a long time
power user. This is
Right no forcing. I figured out how to get around the issue. I just have
to let Evolution assume I want IMAP to the mail.com server, and then go
back and it will allow change there. But if I let the account be created,
THEN I can't change it.
And for the record, it is Evolution 3.8.5

When I replaced each TAB space, with two single spaces, I could send
the e-mail w/o evolution crashing. I even tried closing all other
jobs and rebooting.
What am I doing wrong?

I have four e-mail address set up for evolution 3,16.0 . My address
for this list and similar lists is not the same as my business e-
mail. I want to set up my evolution so that if I receive a message
at address 1, for example, the reply is automatically set to address
1, and the same for addr
nothing happens.
Documentation of these features seems to refer to e-mail clients
other than current and recent versions of evolution.

You cannot go back to 3.10.4 once your addressbook was on a more recent
addition. There was a change on address book format.
