Restarting Evolution helps. Haven't found any pattern; also has
happened with local mail on non-remote (POP) mail accounts.
No high CPU usage. Wayland; mesa drivers, Fedora 35.

You like have some folder selected in the folder pane, and that folder
is part of some account. So you likely have an account selected. :)
