Hmm, how and where did you search? Asking out of curiosity. "Help 🡒 Contents 🡒 Common Other Questions and Problems 🡒 Data storage locations" covers where Evolution stores its data. The other part would be creating symbolic links. Which is probably a topic for a support forum of your distribution.
