No, but you can try massaging the filters.xml file. The problem is that
the filters have specific host id info embedded

My hosted Exchange server requires me to use an Exchange Proxy Server to
connect to my MS Exchange MAPI service. Can somebody please tell me if
this is supported with evolution-mapi and if so, how I would configure
the proxy server?

install and import to a newer one?
I do not need/wish to migrate all the older configurations, just the filters.
