I just went a spent a while crawling around under the truck using lots of compressed air through the motors. yeah, quite a bit of dust blew out. BEFORE cleaning, I measured 12.5 ohms from a field post to the case. AFTER cleaning, it went up to 13.4 ohms. Still seems WAY WAY lower than it should
