As you probably know by now - Romain Dumas who won the world's Pikes Peak
record in 2018 with the VW IDR 7min 57sec is returning *this* year in a Ford
Lightning EV F150 - but since the truck has the aero of a brick, I doubt
he'll beat his previous record. VW spent $20M on the 4-wheel
Remember that the Ioniq has an 800V battery pack, which can definitely
help in bringing torque to the wheels...
