Agreed. The battery is heavy enough itself and, coupled with an oversized vehicle, the kWh demands are crazy. My biggest concern is the environmental consequences of mining all the raw materials. I hope the technology evolves to use easy to obtain materials. Speaking of e-trikes, here's one to
