The PlugShare App & Website lists a lot of them. (There are a lot of
cities and businesses that put in no-charge EVSE's to attract
businessor just because it's cheaper to give it away than pay the
fees to maintain the accounting system to charge for it.)

My area is loaded with such plugs. Most are J-1772 but I didn't see
the voltage/amperage listed in just a sampling

You may be right, but shouldn’t assume that the original poster has as an
objective efficiency, low emissions or any of the other objectives some assume
they have. Remember that some on this list look favorably at the use of diesel
to generate electricity, obviously not a clean air approach. The
