A quick look at says the postal service shows actual mpg of about 9 mpg (due to start and stop). So for a 200,000 miles at 9 mpg and $4/gal gives a gas cost of around $90,000.  so the extra price of the EV is most likely justified in the long run because of the crappy mpg. Postal Vehicles are p
