Have exchanged a few messages. It indeed sounds no cost, and very easy,
and anyone working stage management for a session would easily be able to
do. But, I am unclear of our logistics. Do we have stage management in
each/all rooms? Or for Keynotes. They can roll out as big or small as
desired

Austin: Note that while there is no cost from them, last I saw it, you
do need a monitor (or more than one) and that means renting from the
hotel which will be a fortune. I can't remember if it was wired or
wireless as well so you also need cabling run and the unions in LV
require that to be done
