I'm not clear what you mean by stage management, but I'm going to go
with "no", since there's no staff in the breakout rooms, other than
possibly a TAC person to do the intro and mid-session room count.

Anybody that is asked "do you want session transcripts of your track" is
absolutely 100% going to say yes. But actually getting them to manage
and staff it is going to be a struggle and a logistical problem that the
event chair (probably me) will have to solve at the last minute.

Perhaps that's too cynical of me, but I have been doing this for 15
years, and I know how these things go. If we are going to do something
like this, we wither need to have someone to volunteer to run the whole
thing (like I did for years with session recording) or we need to pay
someone to do it.

That said, yes, thinking about how to do this *next* year is the right
approach. We are now T - 16 for Vegas.
