I had one DHIS 2.10 running fine on linode. But I had to migrate it to
Maputo because of the price just moving a pg_dumped file. In Maputo I
placed the same DHIS2 version. Then upgraded to DHIS 2.11 and then 2.12.
I had run mrs datamart and the analytics. No erros were reported on the

Thank you for this mail both of you. I have the same issue.
I have made a pgdum of the data from a cloud server using 2.10. I want to
test 2.12. So I place that data on my laptop. I upgraded first to 2.11 and
I saw this on the logs when trying to retrieve my old plots:

Some organisationunities does not have data on reportting. I am using DHIS
2.10 under CentOS 6.3 64bit.
The last log has this:

I can not browse my data by dataset. It says "No data found". But I can by
organisation units and dataelement groups.
Nothing is said on the logs.

Today, we noticed that when we enter data on DHIS and we try to make a
dataset report... DHIS brings empty values.
On the report tables too we get empty cells too.

Setting tomcat to listen different ports means to waist machine resources

I am converting data from a NGO in Mozambique to DHIS 2. I moved one dataset
to test DHIS. I dit not tune tomcat neither MySQL yet.
When we generate reports we get this error on the browser and on the logs:
org.hibernate.InstantiationException: Cannot instantiate abstract class or
interface: org.h
When I run data integrity check on my database I get this on the logs and on
the browser it shows that interesting message: "Please wait while the system

I waited for more that a hour!!! And nothing.
My DHIS is 2.0.5 the beta from the last week. Yes I am on MySQL.
I am really impressed with that news.

I am guessing, only...
May be tomcat is running with a another username.
So set DHIS2_HOME as a system variable. You must be logged as the
administrator (NOT AN administrator must be THE administrator).
You might try to place the on begging of startup.sh (on $CATALINA_HOME/bin)
on the first line
And even do those resource tables on Postgres it does not aggregate.

Hi
We had BIRT reports running on DHIS2.04, we are moving to 2.05 and we can
find our reports.
One note: Our reports does not use the report table generated by DHIS.
What is happening? Logs does not have anything related to report.

me. I am get a sensation that the DHIS community is
abandoning MySQL support. Is it that true?

Good to move to DHIS2. And WELCOME!!
I do not understand, do you have data in a DB (not in DHIS2 format) and you
want to move that data to a DHIS2 format?
And DHIS does not use ODBC. You must set the connection on:
hibernate.properties
On your instructions file step 2 has the file hibernate.pro

I have a dataelement collected at a Health Centre level (eg: ats_posfem) in
one province and only in some particular districts. In unpredictible future
at National level we will be collecting on every health centre.
Now, my ignorance: How can I obtain the provincial total on Report Table? I
