What's the error in this build?

This is a Fedora 40 build which fails, whereas the almost exact same builds of this package worked fine in F41/42/43. https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=129681254 I'm having a hard time trying to work out what the actual error is ... I was wondering if perhaps Fedora 40 is now
