There was some kind of a temporary/transient failure in a part of the OpenQA tests where a web browser loads accounts.fedoraproject.org. (These OpenQA tests are mandatory since abseil-cpp is a critpath package.) These tests finally passed after re-triggering them twice, and the update[1] is now
