I plan to upgrade maven-doxia, maven-doxia-sitetools,
maven-reporting-api, and maven-reporting-impl to their latest versions
soon. An impact check is available in this COPR:

https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/jjames/Java/

The plan is to upgrade the following packages:

- maven-doxia: 2.0.0
- maven-doxia-sitetools: 2.0.0
- maven-invoker: 3.3.0 (needed for maven-invoker-plugin 3.9.0)
- maven-invoker-plugin: 3.9.0 (needed for maven-reporting-impl 4.0.0 support)
- maven-reporting-api: 4.0.0
- maven-reporting-impl: 4.0.0

A new package is needed and is awaiting review:

- l10n-maven-plugin: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2341154

The jacoco package needs a patch to drop a reference to a deprecated
interface that has been removed in the new versions. These packages
were built in the COPR to show that they still build successfully with
the new versions, but do not need to be rebuilt as part of the
upgrade:

- auto
- clojure-maven-plugin
- javacc-maven-plugin
- maven-archetype
- mojo-executor
- xml-maven-plugin

Once the new package and all PRs have been approved, I will build the
new versions in a side tag. I intend to build for Rawhide only.
