Yesterday there was a build of grub2 (2.12-17) from the f40 branch which
was also built for rawhide/f43 and ELN. This was an NVR regression, as
the previous rawhide and ELN builds were 2.12-30 off the rawhide branch
(as expected).

yeah, sorry about that. This is fixed now.
Partially fixed - cmake 3.x hadn't been rebuilt against latest
jsoncpp, so the immediate buildroot breakage is fixed, but cmake is
still not installable.
cmake should be completely fixed now for rawhide.

F38 is on Python 3.11, where distutils still exists. Your mock cache
must be stale if local rawhide builds are still succeeding
