I had to reformat my hard drive to cope with some system problems. I came to the site to download the latest version of openoffice but when I go to the green box to select operating system, etc, nothing appears in the drop down menus. I can't choose version, OS or language. There are no options

Reporting a problem with the OpenOffice website

The program just keep wanting me to update even though I was happy. I finally gave in and hit the update it took m to the site. Now it keeps not responding and eventually has to recover the document. Can anyone help me? I am a disabled veteran with extreme pain. Please advise Thank You Jim M.
