OpenOffice not opening. OpenOffice uses a lot of resources in term of RAM memory and harddisk space. WPS Office and MS Office uses much less resources. This is a bad decision on the part of OpenOffice developers. OpenOffice is free so it is usually used by persons who can't pay for expensive softwa
