I have question about your query, why not exclude criteria
issue_type=task and issue_type=patch, and also exclude product= qa. I find
most defects in qa product are intend to check-in automation scripts.
Use this query [1], I got 2444 defects opened from 2011/06 to 2012/09.

If "most voted" defect is feature request or enhancement, can we change its

the anebled quickstarter.
In version 3.4.1 final it was disabled.
A disabled quickstarter should be the standard setting.

bugs. I found bugs dated 2006, that are open, they do not seen so relevant.
Or should old bugs, get an automatic upgrade, so they slowly get
high-priority.
