Yan Ji, Good question! Originally, I only created the 2 queries that included every thing, so that not only the product defects, but also QA activities, translation tasks, web enhancement efforts were all included.
While I'm also thinking that we can create more specific charts, e.g. the product defects (as you mentioned), feature/enhancement, and patches waiting for review, resolved defects waiting for verifying, progress on our automation test case development...
