Is there something about these binaries versus all of the other myriad
binaries (jars, .class files, dlls and .so files) included in the
convenience jar? I wouldn't think so, these are just more binary artifacts.
I honestly can't think of another apache project that provides similar
convenie

signature. Tested some simple flows. Tested some tls toolkit operations.

Question about the LICENSE. When swapping in rocksdb for leveldb [1], the
leveldb LICENSE section was removed. I looked at the ticket chatter [2] and
saw "Not including RocksDB because
it is dual licensed under Apache License, Version2.0". In reviewing the
rocksdb thirdparty, it has a LICENSE.level
