Thanks for raising the question! We brought it to the 1.18 release sync on
Jul 26th, and we decided to stick to the original schedule of 1.18 and will
not accept new features, including those deprecation work
+1 for moving all classes in the state-backend-rocksdb module under
the classes to o.a.f.state.rocksdb package.
I have always been curious about the relationship between
o.a.f.contrib.xx and the flink-contrib module. :)
