It isn't me. I did not write this code or review it. Before Flex moved
to Apache, I had made maybe a half-dozen changes to

Hi Chris,
I am not that familiar with how asserts work in Java, but it has seemed to
me that asserts are often or always disabled in Falcon code. The
debugger seems to stop on an assert, but

Good progress.
I have a question about the Eclipse projects. Will we have to get rid of

I didn't say that we shouldn't bundle it, I just said that we shouldn't put it
inside the compiler artifact. And just have it in a separate jar.

Cool. Makes me think maybe the conversion won't be as hard as I thought.
I'll wait until you get through all the modules. Is the Maven script
going to generate a Flex SDK like the one currently output to
compiler/generated/dist/sdk?

Well I did some great progress in the train today.
I managed to setup a script that moves stuff around into a Maven structure and
wrote a pom.xml that does all of the generation steps (JFlex, Antlr2, Antlr3,
JBurg) in Maven.
If all goes well, all you should need to do, would be to run the migra
working on a branch.
But I guess with this strategy it should work, what do you think?

Hi,
these are exactly the type of problems I was so sick of :-( Probably I was
cursed by them more often, cause I didn't update my project that often. How
about we do the same update of the directory structure as with some of the ASJS
directories in Falcon too? This way we could make sure all g
