However, there were errors in the build for the ctakes-ytexs in the pom.xml
elements. It said 'don't panic" so I'm not -:). However, due

I'm new to cTAKES and am trying to understand the product. One of my goals
is to read in medical research documents in a given medical domain, glean
semantic information from them and put the information into a database,
which I can query. I have run through the cTAKES examples and they seem

I'm using cTakes dev and am attempting to install the
org/apache/ctakes/dictionary/lookup/fast dictionary, but can not find the
instructions. I've downloaded sno_rx_16ab.zip. There is a script in the
zip file. Where are the how to instructions? Do I just blindly run the
script? I do have my e

Note that I'm a newbee with cTAKES so please take what I say/write with a
grain of salt.
After obtaining the lvg.propertes file, as per my previous mail, 'Getting
cTAKES to work with windows', I made the following change in that file,
setting the LVG_DIR to:
.
LVG_DIR=/apache-ctakes-4.0.0Dev/ctak
I want to parse medical research papers and am looking at using Ctakes. I
do realize that Ctkes is aimed at Clinical Reports, but I would like to see
if I can use it for my purposes. I'm initially looking to get a tuple of
Subject, Predicate, Object for each sentence and later additional semantic
