Another thing of note is TAC is supporting this event in an effort to
help strengthen our mission outside the usual ApacheCon events.
If you are an Apache committer, and you cannot afford the travel/hotel
for FOSDEM yourself, you can apply for a TAC grant at
https://tac-apply.apache.org/fosdem
