As two developers who both live in Hangzhou and have collaborated on the same
ASF project for several years, it's hard to imagine that the last and also the

Hi I'm curious about the whole idea of local ASF chapters. It's not
something I'm familiar with. I guess the idea is a local presence of some
kind? Do any exist in the US? EU? Elsewhere? What do they do? Meetups, I
guess? Do they also maintain separate parallel online communities?

participating in the construction of Apache projects in Hangzhou for
many years.
As Jun Liu said, there are a lot of Apache projects incubated in
Hangzhou and entered Apache, and there are also a lot of contributions
and developers
