During my 10 years as an Apache contributor, I had limited opportunities to meet other individuals involved with Apache in person.
I believe ALC Hangzhou would be a good idea to gather interesting people and enjoy a cup of coffee/Longjin tea/chat, surrounded by the beauty of West Lake.
