In recent years, more and more Internet companies have settled in Hangzhou.
Hangzhou is also the birthplace of several TLP in China, where a large number
of open source contributors gather. The establishment of ALC Hangzhou can
gather more developers to communicate and collaborate, and I
+1. Hangzhou is a vibrant city and so-called "China's Silicon Valley" [1],
and it would be great to have an ALC chapter in Hangzhou.

As two developers who both live in Hangzhou and have collaborated on the same
ASF project for several years, it's hard to imagine that the last a

I shared the plan of Community Over Code Asia 2024, which will be held
in Hangzhou in the summer of 2024.
I can see he already knows about the efforts to start the new Chapter of ALC.
