It's not necessary to get the key signed by others before using it to
sign a release.
Just create a key and add it to KEYS and upload it to a key server.

The changes to Lang in trunk are likely to break lots of Gump builds.
Since the changes are a work in progress, and we are not trying
specifically to maintain backwards API compatibility, it seems
unhelpful to cause other projects Gump grief just yet, as they will
miss out on detecting other chang
