What triggers this issue is moving the focus away from Firefox. I do a
lot of alt+tab and the issue appears after several of them. Then I need
to close Firefox and start again to fix the issue.
Others have pointed out that this is Firefox issue with Wayland. Even
those that have installed Firefox
I find a way to remove the « Transparency scrool chooser bar » tested on
my webkit2gtk (2.38.1-1) that I rebuilt with that bar off for now.

OK, apport returns error "It's unofficial package", ubuntu-bug launcher
correctly, but after clicking 'Report' button it just closes without
opening any windows or tabs in browser. Searching in bugs by the text
"ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/qtcreator" that is in
"/var/crash/_usr_bin_qtcreator.1000.cras

I think nope.
Actually, by bug 626379, this bug can happen with any qt app, so issue
isn't with Qt creator.
