I'm sorry to report the bug still occurs in 15.10. I installed a fresh
copy on my XPS13 and i had to click 13 times on VPN to start it on a
unknown wifi network. If you need my logs, let me know. I still monitor

Confirming this with using a `Microsoft Wireless Desktop 2000` dongle in
an USB 3.0 port on Ubuntu 15.04.
Fixed it by plugging in a spare wired mouse, or a Logitech dongle. We
can then adjust mouse speed as expected. Settings made there will affect
the MS desktop too.

on ubuntu 15.10 onboard does not obey the resize protection and it can
grow bigger than the screen but can't shrink even if in 1st instance you
try to shrink onboard it will grow over the screen making it unusable,
also can't figure out how to reset to the default size uninstalling

Everything is fine (no memory leak) up until a random instant (sometimes
correlated with watching flash videos, but othertimes just plain
inactivity triggers it), then all RAM is used up in a matter of seconds,
mouse become unresponsive and xorg-server logs me out
