Crackling sound and repeats

Bug description:
sounds works for the first 5 seconds or so and then starts to repeat
its self and get off kilter with the video. when you pause the video
it takes a few seconds for the audio to stop.
using Gigabyte A75M-D2H MOBO and AMD A4 3400 APU.
HDMI video works but cant get HDMI audio to work
