Obviously I wasn't aware of that toggle possibility. Possibly there was
a silent change in behavior between 14.04 and 14.10, and even if it may

This is invalid, users need to enable hangul mode by pressing
Shift+Space, or click on the indicator menu. There is a preference can
make it "Start in hangul mode", would that be welcomed? It seems ibus-
hangul assumes it will manage the input environment for the user so
people can switch among key
