Can't minimize Thunderbird
I have this problem on two machines, both using the 340 Nvidia driver
and running Ubuntu 19.10.
On one machine, with a Geforce 330M, only the lockscreen gets corrupted.
On the other, running Geforce 8600M, both the lockscreen and wallpaper
get corrupted.

I don't see this as fixed in Ubuntu 16.04 as of today, I was
experiencing this for the last few days. Opening a Save dialog in
Firefox and pressing Ctrl-H fixed the issue. I don't much see what this
has to do with file-roller; it's more an issue with with system
open/save dialog window.

I got the same problem, I only got the evolution-data-server-common
package installed (because its a dependency of most of the ubuntu
packages) and nautilus-sendto crashes on startup:

I tried the daily-live of Feb. 5th, but I do not know how to use GVFS.
There is no "Connect to server" in the places menu, and a
"webdavs://[EMAIL PROTECTED]" or "webdav://[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the
location bar does not work.

Could it be, this is a bug in libpoppler-glib2? There is no highlighting
problem in okular, which also uses poppler cairo, but in package
libpoppler-qt4-2.
Carlos Garcia Campos mentioned this problem as an poppler cairo backend problem
