I'm using dapper 20060415.
This printer needs m2300w driver which is not included in ubuntu or debian. So
you should not be able to select m2300w driver.
This printer/driver is not listed on my computer in gnome-cups-manager using
the latest foomatic-filters-ppds 20060406-0ubuntu1.

I confirm this bug using dapper 20060418.
The problem is in gnome-cups-manager and is related to the "Foomatic/" (note
the slash!) indication used in *NickName of PPDs. The "Foomatic/" indication is
used to group together different drivers for the same printer model. I marked

with "/" in the name:

I'm able to print multiple copies with my HP DeskJet 3820 printer in the
released Dapper 6.06 LTS.

I believe the patch fixes printing for libgnomeprint based applications as far
as it can be fixed, many people have confirmed it.
Perhaps you have a different issue that is only related to your printer model.
You are not being very specific, please help us first by providing more
