Yes, FoxitReader version 2.1.0805 does it, I installed it again to check it.
And the uninstall from FoxitReader doesn't removes the created

This is a quite old bug. I tried with nautilus
1:3.18.4.is.4.14.3-0ubuntu5 on Ubuntu 16.04.
I can confirm that the special folders like "Home", "Network" and "Trash" do
not show icon caption, but I do not know if this is intended or not, since the
caption does not appear even when "icon caption"

In earlier gnome-terminal versions one was able to hide gnome-terminal
menubar by default using ProfileSettings - General - Show Menubar. This
setting is not available anymore and thus there seems to be no way to
hide the menubar by default. This is extremly annoyingly.
