I confirm this bug is present is gedit 2.30.3
Paste function sometimes does not seem to paste text, but if you change tab and
go back to the tab you were pasting in, the pasted text will show at the

I installed Natty Beta2 this weekend on my HP laptop. I run it with an
Acer 22" external monitor. I prefer the big screen (to the left) as
primary and the laptop screen (to the right) for email and IM.
I only had to edit the ~/.config/monitors.xml to set the VGA screen to
primary to get the setup

Yes it still happens to me. With "tr_TR.UTF-8" locale.
I installed this version of Natty from a daily repository. Does it
matter. And also 32 bit version is installed.

Ah, oops. I actually meant "LIBGDATA_DEBUG=3", not 1.
Again, you need to fully stop evolution and e-addressbook-factory first,
then start the factory with LIBGDATA_DEBUG=3; then start evolution. The
logs there (which will also contain private data, so be careful), would
contain the cause for the c
