Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gcalctool
I'm using Ubuntu Hungarian, so the system should use "." (dot) as thousand separator to get this bug. 1. Enable to show thousand separator in Preferences 2. Change to financial mode 3. Enter 1000 -> The currency converter will show $1.00 = $1.00 instead of $1.000,00 = $1.000,00 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.10 Package: gcalctool 5.32.0-0ubuntu4 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.35-28.50-generic 2.6.35.11 Uname: Linux 2.6.35-28-generic i686 Architecture: i386 Date: Tue Apr 26 08:44:31 2011 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/gcalctool InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.10 "Maverick Meerkat" - Release i386 (20101007) ProcEnviron: LANG=hu_HU.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: gcalctool ** Affects: gcalctool (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug i386 maverick -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gcalctool in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/770695 Title: gcalctool currency converter handles thousand separator as decimal point if its set to "." -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
