Sorry, but you have lost me; are you talking about in the terminal
window? If you are, well there's no attachment facility I see in the
terminal window.

Good to know the appending of the number issue has been fixed -- how
about using the volume name as the file name instead of "brasero"? Or
should I just open a separate bug for that, since this one seems to be
closed?

Copy disc to ISO image always uses "brasero.iso" by default

Sorry i don't explain well.
Here in Launchpad below there's a green circle (with + inside) with the message
'Add attachment or patch', just click on it and will open the browser and you
have to select var log syslog click open and click post Comment.
Same operations for /var/log/dmesg and /
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/dmesg
/var/log/kern.log

Eric,
I guess I should have mentioned that after you mkfs.ext2, you need to
manually mount it with a command like:
mount /dev/sr1 /media/cdom
It seems that the default fstab entry is expecting iso9660 or udf
instead of ext2. Otherwise, it should mount and work fine, other than
the above mentio
Actually, I should also mention that I crossposted this bug at:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/601361
That bug problem has a lot more information on the problem and how I
deal with it than this bug report does. Hope this helps.
