Hi.
It works perfectly normally when dragging into the trash and back out to a
local folder. No problems there.
But when dragging from the trash to a remote computer this should surely
make a copy of the file, as with any other copy to a remote computer? But it
doesn't - the original gets deleted

This was a codec problem. I don't usually use totem so when I went to
check the properties there I had to install the codecs first. After that
the properties show up in Nautilus.

I get the same symptom and fiddling around with cdrecord I find that the
options used for the burn are not compatible with the supported modes of
the drive. The same error is reported in his attached brasero-
session.log

After further observation, everytime the AC is plugged or unplugged,
the computer thinks its losing power which then triggers settings for
low power either sleep or hibernate.. unfortunately there's no disable
option for this power management feature.

Yes, it is consistently reproducible. To do this:
1. have a machine that will be used as the SSH host in which you will tunnel
into
2. SSH into it, by running this in a terminal: ssh -v -N -D 8000

Indicator support for Empathy is a distro patch for ubuntu, so the
version in ppa:telepathy doesn't support the messaging indicator. You
will need to switch back to the default version in karmic to get that.

account that is in there bij clicking on the symbol next to the account name.

Maybe this bug should turn towards saying that on package removal the
empathy accounts should be deleted. I would expect that to happen as
well.

After upgrading to 9.10 from 9.04 gnome-panel hangs ~80% of the times

rykel, thanks for your bug report and helping to make Ubuntu better.
According to upstream you would need to "type in the number in the new
conversation dialog" and there is no need for a dialpad. Closing this
bug as won't fix.
