I just retested it in my Hardy beta system. Dragging a file into
Nautilus in list view is perfectly possible. The file is inserted among
the other files just fine (even if the window is completely filled with
files (scroll bars appear)). Perfran is right that in list view there is
no right-click -

Confirmed here on Lenovo 3000 N100. On boot the display is fully dimmed
and requires manual increase using the fn key. This has been occuring

off momentarily then turns back on when power manager is set to "Do Nothing" or
"Blank Screen" on lid close.
My problem has not gone away as with #187524
Note that the default CD burning application in Hardy is Brasero, and
this isn't a problem in Brasero.
So while nautilus-cd-burner is apparently still broken, one workaround
for this would be to go with Brasero instead.

Yes, this seems to happen for all ATI graphics cards now.
It must be because although the open source ATI drivers support compiz
on many cards (actually it supports it much better on my card than the
proprietary driver, which has all sorts of problems), ALL ATI cards are
now blacklisted by compiz
