So, the interface isn't changing radically lately, except for navigation and
usability improvements.

upstream and distros. It is indeed under heavy development, and also
supports simple downloading/uploading of .po files :)

Maybe upstream Gaim should move to using something like Rosetta in the
not-immediate future? It seems like it might make things easier for
translators. And Luke knows our current system is hokey.
