no there is no policy to push anything at the moment but we have made several requests to the rosetta team to have feature allowing to make an easy diff of upstream translation compared to rosetta one and we encourage translators to push their fix upstream too. The situation is suboptimal at the moment but if you have any suggestion you are welcome, I'll ping them the rosetta hackers about it.
