Setting elevator=noop solve the problem for me, the write speed to usb stick is
stable, about 5-6 mb/sec all the time. But now sometimes I see the HDD
performance problems while system write to usb.
Maybe try other elevator types?

Banshee can not make playlists on ipod either, but it is a less awful
ipod experience than rhythmbox.
The only app I found to make playlists on the ipod is gtkpod. To make
it find your ipod you have to unmount it from the desktop (not eject!)
and then remount it from Places. Then gtkpod can find

installing gdm-2.20. It depends on:
a) /etc/X11/default-display-manager

I have the same problem.
Had UNR on my Dell Mini 9 working fine.
Just upgraded the RAM and SSD.
Had to do a fresh install on the new SSD.
Got these errors on first boot.
On reboot, still takes a long time to boot, and got error loading
OAFIID:GNOME_GoHome.

No problem, but actually I didn't compile it myself, I got it from a PPA
the same day that gnome-screensaver_2.28.0-0ubuntu3.3 came out and broke
the "fix". Now I tried to google it and it's no where to be found... If
anyone has problems installing those packages, try using the console:

Thank you for helping with making Ubuntu better by reporting this bug.
This is actually a bug in Nautilus itself and not in Nautilus Actions,
which is an extra that isn't even installed on most systems. I'm
reporting this upstream.
