This is reproducible on latest Karmic. SSH is not needed, any window
exhibits the same behavior, see the video. Starting from some width,

My dilemma is very much like Martin's post #7 above
My computer, (i386, original install of jaunty, then upgraded to karmic,
now with latest kernel updates) just developed a similar problem after
attempting to update all application pkgs in synaptic.

When I clean install ubuntu and run rhythbox to play songs from itunes
share ( from synology disk station ), it tells me about licensing
restrictions, but it correctly finds the mp3 codec. It installs it, but

I'm not sure if this is a bug in gnome-panel or if it is a bug in
nautilus itself, but I have been experiencing reproducible lockups if I
follow the following steps:
1) Right-click on panel launcher
2) select "properties"
3) click on the icon
4) sel

After a fresh install of Ubuntu 9.10 the users-admin tool shows no users except
for 'root'.
I have two users, which are listed in /etc/passwd and I can log in as any on of
them.

I have a similar problem:[lucid]
My GDM is in its default state.(i have not changed it like the above user had
done)
I can log in with a local account (one of the two that is suggests), but when
I click "other" and log in with
an ActiveDirectory username, ( DOMAIN\first.last),
I do not get prompt
The only thing I can add is this problem happens with mpeg, avi and mp3

I am experiencing the same problem. Its very annoying that you cant add
a song more than once to a queue. I hope that this gets fixed soon.

I'm getting this same error from "sudo nm-applet"
I don't see what this has to do with the "duplicate" yelp bug other than
that it has the same error message.
