a DVD movie x(title) via Totem/Movie/Play Disc x, but I didn't succeed.
("Totem cannot play this type of media (DVD) because you do not have the

It's not easily reproduceable. But it only happens with metacity not with
compiz.
They difference between them is purely graphical (the on-screen volume slider

I can repeat this on Evo 2.11.92/E-D-S 1.11.92. I do not see any options
to show either an updated preview image when re-scaling, or even the
first preview after re-scaling.

The list of recently-used applications is properly written (although I
had a single entry which was not prefixed with `file://', the
application browser launched by main-menu; other applications launched
through it are saved correctly). I also confirmed this with a test
program using GtkRecentManag
